Brenda Hurley, Vice President for ACG Professionals, Inc., directs the analytical and due diligence services for the Company. This includes providing Argus and other financial services to our clients, along with lease review and abstracting. A CPA by training and experience, Brenda combines this background with over 25 years of real estate experience working in public accounting, for the US real estate arm of one of the largest private Dutch pension funds and for several developers in key accounting and finance roles. This experience allows her to provide expert financial due diligence and transaction support services, combined with a real world perspective. Her financial accounting, analytical and systems experience enables her to provide significant value across disciplines.
While not practicing public accounting, Brenda is licensed as a CPA in the State of Texas and is a member of the AICPA. She was a founding committee member of the Real Estate Section of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and has previously served as its chair. Brenda received her BA in Accounting from Bob Jones University, graduating with honors.

- Extensive Excel experience including both technical knowledge and practical experience in building, auditing and revising financial models for real estate with partnership and debt waterfall structures.
- Retail Specialty including Sophisticated Market Sensitivity Analysis.
- Expertise in Argus, including Argus import/export and OpenArgus functionality.
- Hands-on Accounting System experience.
- Lease review and abstracting, with strong ability to translate complicated legal documents into financial projections.
- Implementation of sophisticated quality control processes and procedures.
