Harris Sugarman

Harris has worked for ACG for more than 9 years and heads up ACG's International division. His team is responsible for abstracting and reviewing thousands of leases each year, preparing and tracking estoppels for billions of dollars of transactions, and reviewing key non-financial lease clauses for corporate transactions. Harris has years of experience using many off-the-shelf lease administration systems and often serves as the onsite project manager for portfolio assignments. Prior to joining ACG in June 1998, Harris provided consulting services for Travelers Realty Investment Corp., MCI Corp., and Teligent Training and Consulting. Harris received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. from Georgia State University School of Law.
