Todd Zeldin, President and Founder of ACG Professionals, Inc., received his graduate degree from The Haas School of Business at The University of California at Berkeley and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University. Mr. Zeldin founded ACG in 1992.

Recognizing the need to review transactional information accurately and quickly, Mr. Zeldin has positioned ACG as the industry leader by providing value-added services such as lease abstracting, financial due diligence and analytical services to the real estate industry and to corporate real estate departments. ACG services more than 100 firms internationally, evaluates tens of billions of dollars of commercial real estate each quarter, and abstracts and reviews thousands of leases annually. ACG expanded its services to include full-time placement of real estate professionals in 2005 and launched ACG Title Agency in July 2007..

In addition to authoring dozens of articles, Mr. Zeldin has guest lectured at Harvard University, Emory University, Columbia University, University of North Carolina, Vanderbilt University, and many other nationally ranked business schools. Mr. Zeldin also has presented at several professional organizations including GSCPA, IREM, BOMA, NAIOP, REALCOMM, CoreNet, and ICSC. He has served on multiple boards including the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, American Jewish Committee, Jewish-Black Business Coalition, CEO Roundtable, and the National Black Arts Festival. Mr. Zeldin currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Amy and his children Jacob and Hannah.
