Expected Start Date: Immediately Position Summary: Familiarity of different product types, primarily large high-rise office buildings and retail. Prepare cash flow models / valuation and updating of existing owned assets using Excel. Analyze complex partnership scenarios with preferred returns, tiered promotes and other “waterfall” analyses. Create various joint venture structures from simple preference structures to structures with multiple hurdles. Aggregate appropriate data for use in underwriting a property. Create and certify property rent rolls. Facilitate information flow between owner and third-party providers. Extensive use of Excel including creating joint venture structures, calculating IRRs and NPVs, graphing and charting data, and creating portfolio reports by linking several Excel schedules together.
