Position Summary:
The Analyst is responsible for working with clients in the capacity of creating cash flow models using the Argus software and to prepare financial due diligence schedules for commercial real estate transactions including office, retail and industrial assets, from single property to portfolios. The Analyst works within a team environment to complete projects.

Requirements:
  • Create and update Argus models.
  • Work with Excel regularly to create financial due diligence schedules.
  • Review lease documents and create or review estoppel certificates.
  • Work under tight deadlines and in a team environment.
  • Adheres to operating within budget and scope of projects.

Other Information:
• Undergraduate Degree • Minimum 1 year of prior financial analytical experience. Position Summary:
The ACG Internship Program is a 6-month program and requires a significant commitment of time. Participation requires 100% attendance during the entire program and may on occasion require mandatory weekend and/or evening work. This is a paid internship program at a rate of $3,000-4,000 per month depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate Degree

Position Summary:
The purpose of the Acquisitions Analyst is to help identify, analyze, acquire, and manage potential real estate investments on behalf of the Fund. The Analyst will be actively involved in all aspects of the real estate investment process, from acquisition to disposition, and will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working directly with senior Principals, Vice Presidents, and Associates.

Requirements:
  • NEW DEAL REVIEW
  • Assist with review of new investment opportunities including review of offering materials, conducting research, or discussing opportunities with brokers or sellers
  • Register and update deals on the Pipeline and Leads List reports
  • Significant contribution to Investment Committee Memos
  • Support investment underwriting process as requested
  • Take copious notes during all meetings and property tours
  • UNDERWRITING AND DUE DILIGENCE
  • Build financial models in Excel and Argus utilizing budgets, leases/lease abstracts, expense information, market leasing assumptions, and property information as directed by Associate, VP, or Director
  • Maintain and update due diligence checklists as requested
  • Create, organize and maintain network file folders for investment opportunities
  • Conduct market research as requested, including compiling and synthesizing comparable property information and maps for property sales or leasing information
  • Abstract lease documents, loan documents, or other legal documents as requested
  • Conduct lease analysis
  • Support legal review process as requested, which may include review of physical or environmental reports; title reports; surveys;
  • Support closing process as requested
  • DEAL SOURCING / NETWORKING / PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
  • Encouraged to keep professional designations or training current
  • Maintain active participation in at least one industry association, including occasional attendance at local events and training seminars.
  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
  • Taking the Level 1 test of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation is strongly encouraged.

Associate Investor Relations (NEW POSTING)

Position Summary:
The position is with a leading Atlanta-based commercial real estate company and requires that the candidate work in a variety of capacities primarily focused on providing marketing support in the role as head of Investor Relations for the firm.

Requirements:
  • INVESTOR MEETINGS
  • Assume the lead role in planning the Annual Investor Meeting (one to two night event), the Semi-Annual Advisory Board Meetings (Single Day), New Years Eve arrangements (as necessary). These responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:
  • Arranging investor communication such as invitations, online registration, communicating the agenda, completing web surveys
  • Arranging the venue/accommodations, handling event and service provider contracts, meals, entertainment options
  • Working with Creative to design collateral and manage the printing process/contracts when applicable and prepare welcome packages/materials for attendees
  • Coordinate with Company personnel to develop presentations for the Annual Meeting which includes conducting rehearsals
  • Develop timelines for the preparation of each event and ensure that process remains on schedule
  • WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS WITH INVESTORS
  • Assist in the creation of regular investor print communication including the annual and quarterly reports:
  • Potentially learn Adobe InDesign software or act as Fund Team’s Creative department liaison to create reports in InDesign (we may not ultimately use InDesign or we may only use it for the annual, but not quarterly reports)
  • Lead in the assembling of relevant/updated information from the Fund Team, Accounting and Asset Management departments
  • Develop timelines for the preparation of each report to ensure the process remains on schedule
  • ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain the Company Brochure or work with Creative to maintain the brochure (synergistic with the annual report)
  • Maintain the website, insuring that information is current and in compliance with law after working with legal and compliance departments.
  • Assist or lead in the planning and execution of Company’s internal retreats given the synergies and similar skills required to plan the Annual Investor meetings
  • Help to ensure that the company-wide branding strategies are consistent with the PPF branding and materials as the company and fund evolve
  • Assist the Fund Team with the preparation of ad-hoc investor requests
