The Systems & Technology Implementation Division provides ACG with one of its competitive advantages. The division streamlines information flow by eliminating input redundancies and improving data integrity. Our strong technical expertise coupled with our real estate focus and experience offers our clients a complete solution for systems evaluation, selection, implementation and training. ACG provides clients with responsive, consistent, quality service so that they can better manage and grow their business.

When real estate companies find that their current systems and business practices are slowing rather than expediting their operations, they come to ACG for help. The Systems Implementation Division has the operational and technical expertise to come in and evaluate your current systems and locate any deficiencies, whether they exist in property management, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, CAM reconciliation or lease administration. Once identified, ACG can remedy the deficiencies by either re-engineering the way current systems are being utilized or by assisting the client in identifying and selecting new systems.

In addition to evaluation and selection, our services encompass the set-up and implementation of industry standard software products. Our technology division has vast experience working with many property management systems in addition to DCF packages such as ARGUS® and DYNA®. We maintain strong working relationships with software vendors and have strategic relationships with several firms to complement our respective consulting practice.
