This exclusive Argus training class is offered to students who either completed the One Day Basic Training or who have a prior working knowledge of ARGUS.  The class focused on such advanced topics as complicated recovery methods, reimbursable reporting groups, advanced leaseup of vacant spaces, overage rent, and a host of tips, tricks and traps that will make you more efficient when using ARGUS. This course is especially good for “train the trainers” as well as for experienced analysts who want to learn more about specific advanced features of ARGUS.

 

We will review two cases in this class: one that is mixed use and a second that is a retail mall.   Additionally, we provide our ACG Argus Resource book that you will surely refer back to well after this training class.
