This exclusive ARGUS training class is restricted to a maximum of six people in the class so that you will get the personal instruction you deserve. We will walk attendees through creating models from scratch, auditing and reviewing reports, manipulating and modeling market assumptions including office and retail-type leases and performing portfolio reports and sensitivity analysis. We spend extra time learning how to model recoveries and export data to Excel. 
 
We will provide you with exposure to both office and retail assets and anticipate achieving the following outcomes: (1) Understanding of the Argus program; (2) Ability to build from scratch and mostly manipulate office and retail models; (3) Understanding of the financial documents necessary to complete an Argus model; (4) Understanding how Argus calculates cash flows and other items;  (5) Comprehensive vocabulary of industry terms; (6) Interpretation of reports to understand the financial implications of a deal; and (7) Basic understanding of expense recoveries
