This exclusive ARGUS training class is restricted to a maximum of six people in the class so that you will get the personal instruction you deserve.  We will walk attendees through creating models from scratch, auditing and reviewing reports, manipulating and modeling market assumptions including office and retail-type leases and performing portfolio reports and sensitivity analysis.  We spend extra time learning how to model recoveries and export data to Excel.

This exclusive Argus training class is offered to students who either completed the One Day Basic Training or who have a prior working knowledge of ARGUS.  The class focused on such advanced topics as complicated recovery methods, reimbursable reporting groups, advanced leaseup of vacant spaces, debt modeling, and a host of tips, tricks and traps that will make you more efficient when using ARGUS.  This course is especially good for “train the trainers” as well as for experienced analysts who want to learn more about specific advanced features of ARGUS.
