Senior Analyst (Atlanta, GA)

Job Summary:

This Atlanta-based position will be primarily focused on financial analysis and due diligence, with a specific focus on commercial assets including industrial, office, mixed-use, and retail.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

• Build from scratch Argus Enterprise models
• Utilize and review source documents including accounting rent rolls, leases, lease abstracts, and CAM recs
• Produce, manage and update financial models used to calculate current / projected performance
• Maintain / update Argus files for various metrics including leasing, operating and market assumptions
• Review Argus files for consistency with internal modeling policies
• Participate in team projects

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or applicable field
• 1-3 years of experience working at a commercial real estate firm with an office and/or retail concentration
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated competence in working with large data sets
• Understand and compile basic proforma financial statements
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task with good time management to meet multiple deadlines
